This Sunday the solar eclipse will occur. Unfortunately for those of us on the east coast of the US, we will miss it the full eclipse but might be able to see a partial. Those out on the west coast should be able to see the entire show!
The kids and I have a tradition of watching the Hubble Telescope’s Night Sky videos each month. On the first of the month they post the new video that explains all of the cool things to look for in the night sky. They discuss the planets, constellations and interesting events. It has been a wonderful learning experience for us all and something we look forward to as we turn over the calendar. I highly recommend you checking it out.
