Caroline has been making gifts all season long, this is one of the cutest!
It has been very busy around here. Between finishing up school, “traveling” to Germany and Italy, finishing up our gift making, playing with friends, enjoying the snow and heading to RI for a Feast of the Seven Fishes….there has not been much time to just sit 🙂 It has all been fun and I am so grateful to my Mother In-Law for taking on the challenge of making a GAPS friendly Seven Fish Dinner. It was absolutely delicious and I even got to have Calamari!!! Calamari was something I thought I would never have again once I was diagnosed with Celiac Disease but she and Scott made it possible. Thanks Mimi for all of your effort, all was delicious and such a wonderful gift!
